Mobile and Static HSE Compliant Units
The Health and Safety at Work Act for Welfare instructs contractors to provide statutory welfare facilities on transient sites were three or more people are working. The facilities encompass a rest and eating area, sanitary conveniences, drinking water, together with the storage and changing of clothes. The Act requires all outside contractors to comply with the regulations, failure could result in the closure of the site.
Mobile Welfare Units
These mobile welfare unit will ensure that all contractors are compliant with HSWW regulations 20 to 25, they have similar facilities of a 
static unit yet they can be towed by a Transit type van. This means that the contractor will be relieved of the hassle and expense of arranging transport and off-loading.
These new mobile welfare units are fitted out with a microwave oven, kettle, wall mounted heater, and warm water washing facilities. There is a self-contained toilet area with recirculating toilet and separate drying room.

Static Welfare Units
These units are designed as a stand alone welfare cabin.
Each unit is fitted with a toilet, canteen and drying room with hot and cold water to all areas supplied by an inbuilt water tank. These units are available in both gas and electric powered (generator supplied).
An extensive range of portable electric welfare units available for hire on a short or long term basis. These units are an ideal solution for construction sites that have no basic services. All our anti-vandal site welfare accommodation has been purpose built to accommodate the demanding requirements of the rental market.
Compact Welfare Unit
A quality British made welfare cabin that can accommodate 6 - 8 people but meaures just 16' x 8'. The unit provides fresh water, a flushing toilet and an easy clean interior. Security is an important factor in the design, making this welfare unit safe as it is comfortable. Powered by a HGI 9kVA compact diesel generator with just a 0.65 square metre footprint this special narrow fitting Welf-Air generator is designed to maximise the space with in a cabin. Delivering 9.0kVA of power, running at 1500rpm and with a run time of 94 hrs on a single tank, this set is ideally suited to provide clean, stable power for long periods between refuelling
The Welfare Service Unit
Are you working on a site without a mains or water supply? Then this new welfare service unit is justwhat you need. This new concept 
has been designed to provide a constant water and electrical supply where no such facilities are available. For ultimate flexibility the Water/Electrics can be quickly connected using our plug and play system.
